The website patriksikon.com sells original art, prints, posters, limited editions and postcards to customers worldwide.
The artist Patrik Sikon owns and controls the artistic content and artworks presented on this website, while Ivrell Wallsten AB is responsible for the commercial operation and sales.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Any applicable VAT and taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout (for example Klarna, card payments, etc.).
Delivery:

Delivery within Sweden: normally 3–5 business days.

International deliveries: normally up to 2 weeks, depending on destination.

Shipping cost: shipping cost according to DHL’s pricing (shown at checkout).

Free shipping: free shipping on orders over 10,000 SEK.
Orders are shipped with DHL or a similar carrier. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the risk for transport passes to the customer in accordance with applicable law.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer within the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with distance selling regulations, counted from the day you receive your order.
To use your right of withdrawal, the following applies:
Prints and posters:
o The right of withdrawal only applies if the package is unopened and the products have not been used, framed or otherwise put into use.
o You cannot open, frame, hang or otherwise use a print/poster and then exercise the right of withdrawal.
• Postcards:
o Postcards are sold as packages/sets.
o The right of withdrawal only applies if the package is unopened.
o Individual cards from an opened package cannot be returned; returns
are only accepted for the complete unopened package at the package
price.
Original artworks and other products:
o The product must be in unchanged condition, without damage, and
properly protected when returned.
o Paintings and prints must be returned intact and packed in a way that
protects them at least as well as when they were delivered to you. If the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging, you may be held liable for the loss.
• Custom / special orders:
o For custom-made or personalised artworks, the right of withdrawal may
be limited or excluded.
o Please always contact our customer service at info@patriksikon.com so
we can assess the specific situation.
How to make a return

within a reasonable time, normally within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Complaints (defective or damaged items)
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

A binding purchase agreement is concluded when you complete an order on patriksikon.com and receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on patriksikon.com at the time of your order.
